1. Acceptance
By using the Cook & Date iOS application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Kabul
Cook & Date iOS uygulamasını kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Acceptable use
Use Cook & Date respectfully. Do not harass other chefs, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it for anything that violates applicable laws.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Cook & Date'i saygıyla kullanın. Diğer şeflere kötü davranmayın, hukuka aykırı ya da hak ihlali oluşturan içerik yüklemeyin, hizmeti aksatmaya çalışmayın, uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yoluyla çözümlemeyin veya geçerli yasaları ihlal edecek biçimde kullanmayın.
3. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Premium recipes are offered through an auto-renewing subscription. All billing, renewal, and cancellation is managed through your Apple ID in the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
3. Abonelikler ve otomatik yenileme
Premium tarifler otomatik yenilenen abonelik ile sunulur. Tüm faturalandırma, yenileme ve iptal işlemleri App Store'daki Apple ID'niz üzerinden yönetilir. 4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for cooking safely, using appropriate kitchen equipment, and following food safety guidance. Cook & Date provides guided recipes for informational and entertainment purposes; you use them at your own risk.

5. Service availability
We work hard to keep Cook & Date available, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable.

6. Intellectual property
Cook & Date, including its recipes, artwork, text, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without permission.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Cook & Date if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account and server data from Profile > Delete My Account and Data.
7. Fesih
Bu Koşulların ihlali durumunda Cook & Date'e erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir, hesabınızı ve sunucu verilerinizi Profil > Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil üzerinden silebilirsiniz.
